12 months stats:
29 inches (up from 28 1/4 @ 9 months)
17 lbs, 15 oz at the first visit. Since that was only up 3 oz from her 9 month weight and only in the 5th percentile we had a re-check on her weight and ears a month later. 18 lbs, 15 oz at the second visit.
Recent happenings:
Says with purpose: mama, dada, tata (our dog).
She also points and says something that favors that of a female cave girl/woman.
She is the proud owner of 5 teeth. And loves to show them off with that adorable smile!
She walks, jabbers, drinks milk, destroys anything made of paper, loves shoes, bath time, books, baby wipes and qtips. She also loves to go outside, ride her bike with Daddy, play with the waterhose/sprinkler, play (eat) sidewalk chalk, throw (eat) gravel, collect (eat) acorns and leaves.
Wears a mixture of 6-12, 9, and 12 month clothes depending on the brand. Wears mostly 12 month pjs and size 3 shoes
Sleeps about 12 hours at night. Going to bed between 7:30 and 8:30 and waking about 8 to 8:30. She still takes usually two naps a day for about 1.5 hours a piece, although she can power through and make it on one nap if need be.
Eats everything and frequently. Bananas, blueberries, mango, corn-on-the-cob, green beans, carrots, chicken, cheese, yogurt, applesauce (the squeeze kind), goldfish, animal crackers, pancakes and anything I'm eating tend to be her favorites.
